The Ridge is teaming up with Diesel & Dust to host Strongman Competition.

Previous strongman competitions hosted by The Ridge and Diesel & Dust have proved tremendous crowd-pullers with an impressive caliber of entrants performing outrageously taxing feats.

In 2008, over 200 people flocked to see the participants compete.

The competition promises heart-stopping, mouth-gasping entertainment from start to finish.

Competitors will be required to flex their muscles while performing above-human and grueling tasks such as pulling vehicles and lifting extra-heavy equipment.

For those wanting to see the competitors in action, entrance is free. The activities kick off at 10am with the prize-giving and announcement of the winner just before 4pm.

Food and beverages will be on sale throughout the day.
