Put on your dancing shoes for a legendary, one
night only performance by SA’s Country Legends
SA’s favourite Country Legends, including Clive Bruce, Barbara Ray, Bobby Angel, Billy Forrest, Sally Vaughn, and the Rodeo Girls, will dazzle country-music fans with a toe-tapping, body-swaying one-night only performance at The Ridge on the 26th of November 2011.
This will be the first time this well-known group of country music stars is performing at The Ridge. Country Legends will sign autographs for fans outside Baxters Lounge after the show. The Ridge will also run a competition for the Best-dressed Country and Western couple, with a super getaway package to be won.
“Country music lovers are in for a real treat when Country Legends perform at The Ridge in November. These performers are well-known for their dynamic stage presence and ability to get the crowd up, dancing and singing along.
“They will be appearing for just one night and given that these Country Legends are in high demand, we’re not sure when we will be able to get them back here again. So, take the chance and join us for this musical spectacular,” encourages General Manager at The Ridge, Maureen Kivits.
The show takes place in the giant marquee at The Ridge Events Park. Tickets will be sold at The Ridge Club Festival Desk and through Computicket at R70 per ticket per person. Food and drinks will be on sale at the venue.
The casino and adjacent StayEasy Hotel have also put together a special “Show and Stay” package for people wanting to stay over after the event. For R940 (per couple), you can watch the show, sleep over in a comfortable room and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel the next morning.
