12. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
13. A separate register will be completed for each separate draw time.
14. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place.
16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize as they are eligible for the prize.
17. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes and state their identity numbers and the date of receipt of the prize. If not possible, proof by the promoter that the prize was sent by post (registered mail) or other electronic means to the winner using his or her provided details must be made available.
18. Prize winners are obligated by law to sign this acknowledgement. The refusal to do so should mean that the person is not to be awarded the prize.

POKER TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The minimum bet will be the big blind and there will be no maximum.
2. The blinds will start at R50 to R 100
3. The blind will be doubled after 30 minutes for the first 90 minutes and again after 20 for the next 80 mins, thereafter after 15 mins.
4. Each participant will be issued with R5 000 non-redeemable Poker chips.
5. Re buys are permitted only within the first 3 rounds. A re buy can only be made when a player is holding less chips than he started with. The re-buy stands at R1 000, issuing R2 500 worth of Poker chips
6. The cards will be dealt according toTexas Hold'Em Poker procedure and standard rules.
7. A player needs to be seated at the table in order for the Player's hand to be live.
8. The dealing button will move in a clockwise direction.
9. No cards are to be lifted completely off the the table at any time, they must remain visible in front of the player at all times.
10. All chips must be kept on the Table at all times. If a Player removes any of his chips off the table, these chips will be deemed in play and added to the pot as a penalty.
11. A bet must be at least the amount of the big blind; a raised bet must be at least double the amount of the previous bet.
12. All bets are to be made in one motion. No string betting will be allowed
13. Once the chips are in the pool, no player is allowed to touch the chips.
14. Each player may only bet on his or her hand, according to the dealing button (clockwise).
15. No partner play is permitted.
16. No chips may be borrowed or bought whilst there is a hand in play.
17. If a Player who is in the hand exposes a card, that card is deemed to be live and shown to all players.
18. If a card is exposed by a player who has folded, that card will be shown to other players.
19. It is the Player's responsibility to protect their cards at all times.
20. Any player may call for a clock against a player who is taking an unreasonable length of time to make a decision.
21. Once the clock is called for the player will be given 1 minute to make a decision.
22. The top 2 chip leaders or winners from each table will advance to the final table on Sunday.
23. There will be 5 heats and seat placing will be determined by management.
24. Players that are knocked out on the Friday heat will be allowed to buy- in if there are places available for the Saturday heats.

A "Register for the Recordal of the Declination to an invite to be present at a draw" will be available at the Club desk on the day of the draw for the period between the opening and closing times of the entry bins before the actual draw, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that draw or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
12. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by participants when completing this register.
13. A separate register must be completed for each separate draw time.
14. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present in the above mentioned register, a re-draw will take place.
16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the register or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize as they are eligible for the prize.
17. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes and state their identity numbers and the date of receipt of the prize. If not possible, proof by the promoter that the prize was sent by post (registered mail) or other electronic means to the winner using his or her provided details must be made available.
18. Prize winners are obligated by law to sign this acknowledgement. The refusal to do so should mean that the person is not to be awarded the prize.
19. All prizes should be claimed in person by the successful participants within 15 days from the date of the draw as provided for in the approved rules.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
