BIRTHDAY CHASE RULES

1. 1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
   2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited using their The Ridge Rewards card.
   3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
   4. This promotion is open only to The Ridge Rewards cardholders who are actively playing on Slots / Tables games within the promotional period as per below:

   6. Participants earn points by playing any Slots / Tables on the casino gaming floor whilst using their Rewards cards within the earning period that will be communicated to them.
   7. A leader board for the Top 50 points earned [scores] will be displayed on the Jackpot Entertainment screens on the gaming floor for the duration of this promotion. From 15 Sep until 23 Sep only the top 19 will reflect on the leader board.
   8. Top players during the promotion will be awarded with prizes as per below:
      1. Top 50 – 13 Sep: Magneto Lights
      2. Top 50 – 20 Sep: Water Filters
      3. Top 19 – 24 Sep: Prizes Gas Braai Top 10 and Grills to the next 9
   9. Prize winners will be contacted telephonically to inform them of prize won.
   10. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date winner was contacted.
   11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
   12. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
   13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
   14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotional, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a promotional date/s.
   15. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
   16. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
   17. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines
