HOW DO I ENTER?

The promotion is exclusive to The Ridge Rewards Members.

Participants must play Slots or Tables and earn 250 points for a ticket between Thursday and Sunday.

Qualifiers must activate their tickets at the eHost between Monday to Wednesday to be entered into the promotion.

You will also get the opportunity to double your chances in the draw!

If you have earned 5 tickets over the stipulated earning period then the same 5 tickets earned can be printed on the 2nd and / or the 3rd day of printing.

HOW DO THE DRAWS WORK?

The Manual Draw process will be used to select winners.

5 winners will be drawn on Thursday morning before the casino opens.

Winners will be notified telephonically if their names are drawn. It is the Rewards member’s responsibility to ensure that The Ridge has up to date contact details on the system.

Prizes must be collected and signed for by the relevant prize winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at The Ridge Casino. The winner will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, SA driver’s license, or passport).

  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 12 August until the advertised date. The draw mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
  5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their The Ridge Casino Rewards card.
  6. Participants must earn 250 points between Thursday to Sunday to qualify for a ticket – capped at 20 for Gold, 30 for Platinum and 40 for Black cardholders.
  7. Qualifiers must activate their tickets at the eHost between Friday to Sunday before the actual draw to enter into the promotion.
  8. Ticket printing will take place on the days stipulated above, participants will get the opportunity to double their chances in the draw! For example if a participant earned 5 tickets over the stipulated earning period then the same 5 tickets earned can be printed on the 2nd and / or the 3rd day of printing.
  9. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotion earning period.
  10. Participants can not be present for the draw/s, winners will be notified telephonically using the contact details provided by the members on the GameSmart System.
  11. The draw will be streamed live on Facebook if and when the lockdown level is eased allowing a curfew time of 04h00 till 23h00 or later, if not eased then back of house draws will be done under camera coverage and winners will be notified telephonically.
  12. 5 tickets will be drawn using the manual draw system and the MC will only announce the ticket and member number.
  13. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once.
  14. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
  15. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at The Ridge Casino.
  16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
  17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
