1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is open to Gold, Platinum, Black The Ridge Casino patrons. The promotional period commences from 18h00 – Tuesday & Wednesdays on the Main Floor and Fri to Sat in the Prive. Promo to run from 7 Dec till end of 1 January 2022.
5. Qualifiers will be determined by points earned from playing Slots and Tables on promotional days
6. Qualify through Points Earning on promotion days between 18h00 – 21h00:
   Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables whilst using their The Ridge Rewards card. Qualification criteria for the prizes:

7. Points earning during Promotional days (every Tuesday & Wednesday, between 7 – 29 December 2021) determines Rewards card qualifiers. (i.e.: points accumulated only on Tuesday or Wednesday from 18h00 – 20h00 daily).
8. Points earning during Promotional days (every Friday & Saturday, between 10 December to 1 January 2022) determines Rewards card qualifiers. (i.e.: points accumulated only on Friday or Saturday from 18h00 – 20h00 daily).
9. Prize winners will be randomly selected using a Bonusing module / RAP App. An Approximate total value of R10, 000 in prizes will be given away per activation day in the prive and R5000 on the main floor. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used to select a winner, a manual selection method will be utilized. Should the manual selection method be unavailable on the day, the promotion maybe moves to a suitable day and will be communicated.
10. Prize winners will be verified by the verification staff on duty. Proof of Identification will be required for verification upon prize issuing in the form of a Valid SA ID or Passport or Driver’s license
11. All prizes must be redeemed at the Customer Service Desk if unable to verify patron instantly, prize letters must be redeemed within 15 days from the date of issue.
12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the Rules of this promotion by virtue of their participation.
13. Winners must be present to participate as they need to select their envelopes. If the winner is not at the device they will forfeit the opportunity to win.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
15. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

21. The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under the Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazetted guidelines.
