Ride On Time

1.       No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2.       Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3.       This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, Cardholders, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family Cardholders.

4.       All Rewards cardholders can earn points by playing Slots and/or Tables using their The Ridge Rewards card.

5.       This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 2 April 2022 until the advertised date. The draw mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication

6.       Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their The Ridge Casino Rewards card

7.       Participants must earn 500 points between Saturday to Tuesday to qualify for a ticket – capped 60 tickets

8.       On the final draw 5,000 points will be required from 26 Mar to 22 May 2022 and there will only be one draw bin for this draw. Qualifiers must print their tickets at the eHost between Friday to Wednesday before the actual draw to enter into the promotion

9.       On the day you print your tickets play Slots or Tables to earn an additional 50 points and you will qualify for the same amount of earned tickets the following day to increase your number of ticket in the draw bin. This rule is not applicable to the final draw.

10.   Points earning will take place weekly, Refer to table below

11.   Draw winners can only win once per draw.

12.   Prize winners will be selected by way of a traditional (manual) draw process. Participants must enter their draw tickets into the clearly marked draw bins.

13.   Final draw – 5 tickets drawn and only one draw bin.

14.   Once verified by the promotions team, the 5 winners will go up on stage for the prize reveal.

15.   All tickets drawn will be matched to a podium based on a ball number to determine the winner’s prize, opting not to be present for he draw.

16.   Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration

17.   Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn entries, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion

18.   Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), prior or on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry activations are open. The opening and closing times for the entry activations will be advertised through mediums used within the casino

19.   Participants do not need to be present for the draw/s, winners will be notified telephonically using the contact details provided by the members on the GameSmart System. (It is the cardholders responsibility to ensure the details on the system is up to date)

20.   Live draw will take place 16h00 on Saturdays with all Covid protocols in place, should a lockdown take place mot allowing for a Live draw then the draw will be streamed live via Facebook in order to ensure transparency.

21.   Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.

22.   Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at The Ridge Casino; should prize not be redeemed by winner, a redraw will take place.

23.   Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

24.   Motorbike winner will be required to provide a valid motorbike licence in order to collect the bike. Registration and bike licence will be completed by the dealership.

25.   All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

26.   Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;

27.   In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;

28.   Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;

29.   Any complaints and /or dispute can be lodged to the Mpumalanga Gaming Board

30.   The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
