1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

4. Participants in the promotion need to be physically present in order to be eligible for a prize.

5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

6. Prize winners will be selected by a traditional process. All entries will be placed into the draw bin on 22 December and first five tickets drawn will be the winners to select a draw device that will determine their actual prize.

7. The winners must be in possession of their corresponding The Ridge card and positive identification.

8. Patrons will be identified using the patron tracker app and only if the opt in to comms then they can receive tickets to enter the draw.

9. If a patron opt in for SMS, Email, allows phone calls and updates his / her details then a total of 8 tickets will be issued to enter into the draw.

10. For every change on the system 2 tickets will be issued to the patron for a chance to win a Portable Gas Braai or Cash Prizes!

11. If a person’s ticket get drawn more than once then a redraw will take place.

12. No register will be available for refusal to attend the draw, all prize winners need to be present to participate in the promotion and to claim their prize;

13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

14. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw;
