GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: REAL DEAL

1. This promotion commences on 15 December 2021 and will conclude on 31 January 2022.
2. No extensions on vouchers will be granted. All vouchers will be null and void after 31 January 2022.

4. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Real Deal promotion
5. The Real Deal promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
6. All purchases will be made at The Ridge Cash Desk on the Casino Floor
7. Guest will be issued with separate vouchers to redeem for movies, a drink voucher, a dessert voucher, a FreePlay voucher and a meal voucher
8. The outlet’s terms and conditions apply
9. Guest to produce the restaurant (meal) voucher issued at the outlets before dining
10. Guest to produce the movies@ The Ridge voucher issued at the cinema counter to book
11. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other specials or discounted rates
12. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
13. Any person transgressing the rules of the Real Deal package will be disqualified
14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force

MEAL VOUCHER

Terms and Conditions:

1. Produce your voucher at Cuban Coffee Company
2. This voucher is valid for one meal from the Cuban Coffee Company – Real Deal menu only. Any order in addition to this will be for the bearers own account.
3. This Real Deal offer is valid for the voucher card holder ONLY.
4. Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. No change will be given.
6. Gratuity not included.
7. Offer is valid Mon to Sun until 31 January 2022
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions cardholder discounts or vouchers.
9. Valid for dine in only.
10. No split bills, sharing of meals or take-aways will be allowed
11. Subject to seating availability, bookings essential.

4. Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
