1.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

5.The promotion number selection and call-out will take place every Tuesday (at 15h00 and 19h00) and Sunday (at 15h00 and 17h00) for the duration of the promotion. Times are subject to change during the promotional period

9.Each participant will receive a set of two tickets of which the numbers selected must match (original and copy), copy needs to be submitted at The Ridge Customer Service Desk 15 minutes before the session starts
10.Participants must select/write 9 unique numbers between 0-36 and hand over the copy to the Tournament Director/Customer Service Desk. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their selected numbers on a ticket are clear and legible
11.Unclear or altered numbers will lead to disqualification and participants must ensure that their numbers reflect the duplicate
12.Any alterations on the ticket must be communicated and approved by the promotions team before the submitted to the Customer Service Desk prior to the start of the number of call-out sessions.
13.A Roulette wheel containing 0-36 numbers will be used to generate winning numbers.
14.The main progressive jackpot and the minor or 2nd jackpot prizes will be announced before the start of each session.
15.Participants must be present on the day and during session times to participate and to be acknowledged as a winners.
16.The Dealer will spin the winning numbers at 15h00 and 19h00 on Tuesday and at 15h00 and 17h00 on Sunday – If a number is repeated more than once during the game (double spin), the spin will be disregarded and a re-spin conducted
17.Participants must match 9 unique numbers on one ticket within 18 consecutive spins to win the main progressive jackpot. If there is more than one winner, the jackpot prize will be split equally amongst all winners
18.The winner/s must present themselves to the promotions team and no further spinning will take place after the winner has been verified
19.Should the winner not be in the position to immediately present a positive or acceptable form of identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using the gaming system (GMS). Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, the patron will be disqualified.
20.If no participant/s matches 9 unique numbers within 18 consecutive spins, the jackpot will roll over to the next session or number call out day and the minor or 2nd jackpot will be for grabs
21.After the 9th spin, participants will be given 90 seconds to verify their numbers and present themselves to the promotions team to claim the jackpot. No participant may attempt to claim the prize after the 90 seconds have lapsed
22.The Dealer will continue to spin the numbers until there is a daily prize winner. If there is more than one winner, the consolation/daily prize will be shared equally.
23.Each set of tickets (original and copy) must have the same numbers. Any ticket found to have different numbers, or more than 9 numbers will be declared invalid, and the participant will be disqualified from that specific day’s promotion.
24.The onus is on the participant/s to present themselves or announce that they have 9 matching numbers as soon as the last matching number has been spun and announced, within the 90 second countdown time allocated. Either intentionally or unintentionally, delaying the announcement until another/ further spin has taken place and the 90 second time allocated has lapsed, the participant will forfeit the main jackpot prize and will receive or share the minor or 2nd jackpot with another winner/s if there is more than one winner
25.The Super 9 main progressive jackpot will start at a base value of R2000 plus 70% of the buy-in and reset after it has been won.
26.The minor or 2nd progressive jackpot prize will start at a base value of R500 plus 30% of the buy-in and reset after it has been won during each session.
27.Should there be more than one winner for any of the jackpots, the monies will be split equally amongst all the winners
28.If there is no Progressive Jackpot winner after the 18th spin on the last day of the promotion being (28 May 2023) it will be announced that on the 30th of May 2023 there will be a manual draw where all participants will be issued with 1 draw ticket to give away the progressive amount (equal opportunity draw).
29.The Jackpot prize advertised at the time will be the actual prize to be won
30.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
31.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into
32.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
33.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
