1.       No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;

2.       Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

3.       This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

4.       Promotion open to all The Ridge Reward members, to receive tickets patrons need to opt in to communication.

5.       Patrons will be identified using the patron tracker app and only if they opt in to comms then they can receive tickets to enter the draw.

6.       If a patron opt in for SMS, Email, allows phone calls and updates his / her details then a total of 8 tickets will be issued to enter into the draw.

7.       For every change on the system 2 tickets will be issued to the patron for a chance to win a portable Gas Braai or Cash Prizes!

8.       Qualifiers must print their tickets at the eHost from 25 – 27 Feb 2022 to enter into the promotion draw bin.

9.       Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

10.   Draw will be conducted on the 28 Feb 2022. Four (4) patrons will be selected and only one lucky patron will win the portable Gas Braai, the others will win Cash Prizes.

11.   Live draw will take place at 10h00 on above draw date in the casino at the promotional draw area, however should restrictions change, the draw will be streamed live on Facebook since the lockdown level is eased and if there is changes to the curfew then a back of house draw will be done under camera coverage and winners will be notified telephonically.

12.   No register will be available for refusal to attend the draw, participants do not need to be present to participate in the draw.

13.    All 4 winners will be drawn by manual draw process and will win their prizes in numerical order, e.g. the first person to be called will automatically win the first prize etc.

14.   Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged

15.   Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at The Ridge Casino; should prize not be redeemed by winner, a redraw will take place.

16.   All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into

17.   Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified

18.   Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation

19.   The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
